Cancellation Policy
Our salon has a 24-hour notice cancellation policy in place. If a client cancels their appointment on the same day, they will be charged 50% of the service fee. In the case of a no-call no-show, the client will be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy ensures that we can accommodate other clients and maintain a fair scheduling system. Please call/text salon number in the event of an emergency so you can be accommodated. We care and know things happen, but please understand everyone has equal right to their time.
